Working with Trewhela Williams Architects, the design reinterprets the area's distinctive palette of rendered facades, pitched roofs and brick detailing through a contemporary architectural language. The sculpted form creates a confident corner landmark, while a triple-aspect layout, generous private gardens and carefully considered daylight strategy deliver a high-quality family home in a highly sustainable location.

The project was awarded planning by committee and stands as a successful example how overlooked brownfield land can make a valuable contribution to housing delivery while enlivening the local streetscape.
