FAQ’s

If you have a question, get in touch.

  • If you’ve got some extra space – maybe a side garden, unused garage, overgrown bit of land, or just a large plot – there’s a good chance it could be developed. We specialise in spotting potential where others don’t. Just get in touch and we’ll happily take a look and give you an honest assessment.

  • Simply get in touch. We’ll explain who we are, how we work, and what your options are. There’s no pressure, no cost, and no obligation – just a friendly chat to help you understand what your land might be worth.

  • Good question. We’re not just buyers – we’re developers too. That means we work to gain planning permission on your land, which boosts its value and increases what we can offer. We also cover all the costs, take on the risks, and handle everything from start to finish. So, it’s smooth sailing for you – whether you want to be involved or just sit back and relax.

  • It’s not always about the highest number. Experience, trust, and delivery matter too. We’ve got a strong track record, a design-led approach, and a history of getting tricky sites through planning. Check out our projects and Google reviews – they speak for themselves.

  • Planning can be slow (we won’t lie), but we know how to navigate it. We usually say allow up to 12 months, but it can be quicker. The key thing is: we invest in the process ourselves, so we’re just as motivated as you are to get it done fast – and right.

  • We work this out based on the development potential – what your land could become, not just what it is today. We look at things like how many homes it could fit, local property values, build and planning costs, and more. Then we make a fair, transparent offer that reflects the true value we can unlock.

  • Absolutely. In fact, we’ve worked on several sites that were previously turned down and managed to get approval. Our team specialises in challenging sites – so don’t rule it out just yet.

  • Not necessarily. Greenbelt sites are tricky, but there are exceptions – especially under the government’s new ‘Greybelt’ guidance. Every site is different, and we’re happy to take a look and let you know if there’s a viable route.

  • Not with us. We will cover all planning and legal costs, manage the whole process, and make sure your interests are protected. The only risk is that planning isn’t approved – in which case, you keep your land exactly as it is, with nothing lost.

  • In most cases, the value we unlock far outweighs any potential drop in house price. We’ll always help you weigh up the pro’s and con’s before making any decisions.
