Caswell&Dainow purchased a small overgrown piece of land with no planning history in the vibrant Hackney Wick area of East London in 2021.

Working with Novak Hiles Architects, we submitted a planning application in 2022 for a three bedroom duplex apartment with a private roof terrace and a large dual aspect one-bed apartment with two private terraces.

Seemingly unnoticeable from the street, this site sits tucked between two larger residential developments and faces a paved ‘plaza’ that forms part of the public realm.

In April 2023 we successfully achieved planning permission.
