PECKHAM PLACE
Peckham Place is a joint venture with the freeholder of a block of six apartments in a Conservation Area in Peckham, South East London. Our team spotted an opportunity to maximise the value of the freehold by gaining planning for a new four-bedroom sunken mews house at the rear.
We used all our expertise and experience to navigate the complicated planning system for back-land development in Conservation Areas and are delighted to be living up to our mission of providing high quality homes, close to transport links within vibrant existing communities.
